I have just heard about Office Mix from one of Microsoft leaders in Egypt; Eng. Ebeid Atef Ebeid. It is an add-in to PowerPoint 2013 that allows you to create more interactive and engaging presentations. This means that this piece of magic will reinvent the way we present using the traditional program of PowerPoint and add more life to its boring slides and features.
According to Microsoft, “Office Mix helps you record audio or video of yourself presenting, write on your slides as you speak to them, insert quizzes, polls, online videos, and more. You can even do full screen capture and record anything on your PC. Once your presentation is ready, just click “Upload,” and we will work our magic to transform your presentation into a mix. You choose when and with whom to share it.”

It is a great way to create tutorials for students in which they can see and hear teachers.
These kinds of presentations create an interactive environment using quizzes and polls that helps students to digest the material taught and gives teachers instant feedback about what they have learned.
Teachers can create presentations using Office Mix features to help those students who are absent for any reason to catch up the lessons from home.
